  • The Hermitage School District is seeking applications for a 2nd shift custodian (3-11 PM).   Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest and resume to Dr. Wanchisn, Superintendent, 411 N. The Hermitage School District is seeking applications for a Head Baseball Coach.  Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest and resume to Dr. Amy Wanchisn, Superintendent, 411 N. Hermitage Road, Hermitage, PA 16148.  Letters of interest and resume can also be emailed to bknauff@hermitagesd.net.  The deadline is September 11, 2026. 

  • The Hermitage School District is seeking applications for a Skilled Maintenance Position.   Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest and resume to Dr. Amy Wanchisn, Superintendent, 411 N. Hermitage Road, Hermitage, PA 16148.   The deadline is September 18, 2026.  Resumes can also be emailed to bknauff@hermitagesd.net.

    • Skilled Maintenance Position, 8 Hours per Day, 260 Days per Year, Qualifications as Listed Below:
      • Must have experience with automotive, mechanical, and groundskeeping equipment repairs
      • Must have experience with light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and welding
      • Responsible for maintaining and cleaning all Vehicles and Equipment
      • Responsible for Maintaining Shop Area
      • Responsible for Snowplowing and Snow Shoveling
      • Must be able Operate all District Equipment
      • Responsible for all Record Keeping of all Vehicles and Equipment
      • Responsible for Grass Cutting, Weedwacking, and all Other Outside Maintenance
      • Responsible for Operating Forklift to Unload Deliveries
      • Ability to Lift and/or Carry Supplies or Papers Weighing no more than 100 Pounds
      • Ability to Lay out Athletic Fields and Lines
      • Available to Work Flexible Shifts
